Fairway Resources III, LLC (“Fairway III”) is dedicated to serving our communities in Oklahoma near our operations and in the Southlake, Texas area where our home office is located.

At a meeting with the Cleo Springs Fire Department and First Responders at the end of January, the company was pleased to present checks of $2,500 to each organization.  Fairway III Executive Vice President, Joe Small, Production Superintendent, Wayne Landreth, and other company employees attended the meeting to deliver the checks.

As quoted in the Fairview Republican, Mr. Small expressed the company’s “appreciation for the department and their work fighting the Rhea fire which was within an eye shot from their work.  Having both groups in the area available for the safety and concerns of our company’s investments and employees could not be emphasized enough.”

In addition, the company donated $2,500 in February to the Elk City Athletic Foundation for the city’s new Athletic Facility, to be used by girls and boys in every sport.  Fairway III employees in Elk City presented the check to Dee Wilhelm, treasurer/secretary, Kirby McBroom, program coordinator, and Jeff Waters, foundation president.

In April, Fairway III will close its home office in Southlake, Texas for one day to participate in 6 Stones’ Community Powered Revitalization (CPR).  Company employees will help paint and repair homes, clear landscaping, trim trees, mow yards and more in the Grapevine area.  Fairway III is also a sponsor of the event.  This will mark the second year company employees will have participated in the blitz.

CPR is a joint effort between 6 Stones, the cities of HurstEulessBedfordGrapevine, various businesses, nonprofit organizations and churches to help homeowners who are struggling to make necessary home repairs.  By mobilizing community volunteers, CPR aims to strengthen, grow and revitalize our community one home and one family at a time.

Fairway III is a privately-owned oil and gas company backed by management and a large commitment from Denham Capital, an energy-focused global private equity fund.
